Can I call to book a rental? No, booking is online only
What does the $25 cancellation fee cover? You are able to cancel up to 24 hrs prior to the day of your delivery and you will get a full refund except for the $25 otherwise there are no refunds.
How does drop off and pick up work? Drop off and pick up starts at 7am (NO EXEPTIONS), your cart must be washed off, fully charged(if electric), and easily accessable for pick up. Fees are charged for dirty carts.
What if my check in day is Sunday? We only book carts from Saturday to Saturday, if you are checking in on sunday you should put that in the notes of the reservation, Sunday deliveries are only available if we can get a driver to work ( we are closed on Sundays) otherwise it will be delivered on Monday and picked up on the following Saturday morning, and pickups start at 7am.
What is the difference between a 6 passenger and a 6 passenger premium? The 6 passenger is a regular cart that carries 6 people and the 6 passenger premium is a lifted cart with luxury seating, larger wheels and custom paint job.
Can I ride from town to town? No, you can only ride in 35mph zones. The Town of Topsail Beach does not allow carts on North or South Anderson Blvds, which is the main road once you leave Surf City going to the south end of the island(but you can cross over them). All of Surf City on the island is allowed.
Why cant I select my dates? Make sure you are on weekly if you are booking between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
What if I am booking for 2 weeks? You will have to do 2 seperate bookings.
What is I dont know the address where im staying yet? Put the street address with (000) as the address number and call us as soon as you find out the address.
Can I reserve for a few days? Minimum daily rentals are 2 days and daily rentals are not available from memorial day to labor day.
